Has everyone collectivly lost their mind? I went to the Reniassance Festival with my kids this past weekend and there were a lot I mean A LOT of smokers. It was like being in a giant bar.I came home with a huge headache and a sense that people just don't have consideration for others. So I posted it on my facebook I had a great time except for all the smokers. I came home with a huge headache.
It started something my so called best friend was redicilous about it. This is how it went:

D: I know...I really noticed that at the fair last week. Let them choose to destroy themselves, but don't force us to be destroyed in the process.

I will agree it is a public place and people will smoke where allowed. However I quit smoking so why should I have to be subjected to someone else's habit? It is not just harmful to the health of the smoker It is also harmful to the person who has to breathe the second hand smoke.

D: I agree. I am also an ex smoker (from WAY back). So I am the worst type of "smoker- hater". Maybe I would be ok with it if they would let me walk around sloshing red wine all over. Thats my unhealthy vice. I may ruin a few articles of clothing, but at least not affecting anyone health, or good time. Heck I may even enhance their good time with my public drunkeness. Ok, where's the stool...I gotta get off this soap box. Ha ha.

A: well you never hear about a smoker cause an accident on the road..do you? and drinking is bad 4 ur health..if you cant take the smoking then move ur ass out of the way cause we have the right too light up just like YOU CHOOSE NOT TOO..so blah blah blah about the danger of smoking everyone has there favorite sin..now you can just get off the high horse you rode in on...

and we have the right too breathe the air that you are polluting by driving ur cars have you heard about the air quality? it is not the smoker's fault..this is a free country so they say im sick of all you non-smoker's thinking you have all the right too tell us what too do..i know tax us again so you can benfit im sure your fine with that$$$

D: Yikes. I will bow out of this friendly debate....as it no longer seems friendly. Consider my "high horse" effectively shortened. I will continue to drink my glass of wine here in Washington where smoking within 25 feet of any public place is illegal.

ME: Angel you also drive cars to pollute the air Diane is not a drunk driver. She is simply making a point that smokers risk everyones health around them. I agree with her as you know. My husband's aunt said it was because satan was killing people because for god because it is th end times. What a crock! These poor people have been persecuted for years. During world war two they were slaughtered. They were worse than Jews. Shot on sight raped expiermented on and still no apology. Still the world sees them as scum Why? Not because god wants it that way that is absurd.

                Why can't adults think like adults? Why do I always have to be the responsible adult? What would they do if I decided to behave like them? My brother for example, he has been collecting unemployment from California. He lives in Michigan now and applied for an extension. I told him he wouldn't get it because California is broke. My mother told him the same thing. So does he do the responsible thing and look for a job? No he tells us to stop thinking so negativly. It's not thinking negativly it's called being a responsible adult. Most people would go out and look for a job knowing their only source of income is going away. He would rather stay home live off my mom and get stoned all day.
            Then there is my mom I love her but she is not that responsible either. I have to pay a $227.00 deposit on the utility bill at her house because she let a bill in my name go unpaid in 2001 and was sent to a collection agency. She insists on holding on to a guy who is a drug addict and not good for her. I thought I got him out of her life. I have helped her pay her bills and even gave her a car so she would not have to depend on him. He has cost me money over the years with stupid shit he does. Now if I don't pay her car insuarance she will just go without it.
            I'm just so frustrated and annoyed. I'm not their mom I have three kids. That's enough! Sigh : (

My mom is being evicted from her apartment because Luis and my brother Caelyn are living there. My brother is so lazy he stays up all night long and sleeps all day. Till 5 or 6 in the evening everyday. He is not trying to find a job he needs to grow up. How is he ever going to be a father to his children if he is on the street? I don't understand how he got sooo messed up. We grew up in the same family with the same parents. It's like he was raised by someone else. I feel lucky to have had two parents that love me and taught me how to be a good person. Sure it's easier to do the wrong thing it's hard to be a good genuine person. The rewards are so much better and way more satisfying. It's worth the effort it takes. How can he be a good dad if he can't even take care of himself? What will his children have to look up to? This is so frustrating I am so sick of lazy people.

V-Day disapointment

We were supposed to go to the Detroit Dirty Show last night with a bunch of our friends. We were on the road and made one freeway exit and encountered at least 4 car accidents. So we decided to turn around and go home instead of risking our lives. The thing that sucks the most about it is we purchased our tickets in advance. They are not refundable last year we did the same and our car battery froze. You think I would have learned my lesson last year and not bought my tickets in advance. Well now I will never buy tickets in advance again. This time I mean it!

So we sat around with our friends watching Weird Science. Our friend Damion had never seen it we thought it might be fun to watch. It was not as good as we remembered. Nothing ever is. I fell asleep after having 2 beers and a shot of tequila. No sex and a headache:( Very disapointing. I even bought a really hot outfit for the show. I was looking forward to my husband lusting after me all night, and then taking me home and fucking me. No such luck:(

I plan to make up for the no sex tonight. Hopefully:)

I just bought my first laptop. I love it I can get away from the kids and get work done or do whatever. I love the freedom it offers me. The only drawback to it is I may become more lazy. i guess I cold watch my new yoga video on it and actually exercise. As I write this my husband is reminding me that we have friends on the way. That I should get up and put my laundry away.
I guess I should go.
